"This was an easy place to stay close to Downtown Memphis. Nothing special, but GREAT for the price. Clean, comfortable bed, a little.bit of freeway noise, but not anything that kept me awake. "

"Great stay, both clerks I talked to to check in and out with were very lovely. Room was very clean and comfortable, you could hear footsteps from the upstairs room, but it honestly didn't bother me too much. Definitely will come back here if I'm going to Memphis again!"

"The hotel sign was broken, so it was hard to locate. The service desk lady was very nice. The room had dirty floors. The tub had mildew the bed was clean but the sheet had stains. The smoke alarm beeped all night, but had a green light on it. The securiy lock was broken the curtain looked like the backing had melted on to the window. There was no coffee maker."
