"Indian restaurant closed which was disappointing as this was a determining factor in my decision to stay. Explanation being ‘they’re doing something in the kitchen’ but not communicated at any point in the booking process. Also never mentioned gym or pool during check in so maybe that was closed too..."

"Arrived for a 2 night stay to be told our second night was cancelled due to government take over of the hotel. No call/email warning us of this so we arrived with two tired children and couldn’t then check into our room for three hours whilst I called hotels.com to try and sort it out. Hotel staff were useless and wouldn’t even make eye contact or offer help. Ended up ringing the USA for hours as hotels.com don’t have a UK switchboard. Abysmal service"

"It was a good stay. very clean, I was allowed to check-in early after contacting them with my itinerary before hand. breakfast was delicious with a good assortment. It would be nice to have bigger glasses for the drinks though. checkout was quick and easy. It is so conveniently close to Heathrow terminal 4. No getting stuck in traffic or leaving hours earlier for me. I loved that!. I'd definitely stay here again if I need a hotel."

"Pretty standard stay for a Holiday Inn. Thought I’d leave a review though as the windows are not well glazed and due to the location can experience a lot of noise from the road below. I wouldn’t return based on this as I do like my quiet for sleep."
