「I do not recommend NOVA. All foreigners when you call in…nice but hard to understand Kitchen has bare minimum. 1 roll of paper towels and TP. 2 dishwasher pods. Had to buy more for 12 day stay. All rules and regulations are not put in Expedia rules guide when booking Pool was not heated even though I paid 385.00, 2 weeks in advance. I had to text a message vs a call to try to resolve. They claimed that the pool was heated but it was not and so you pay for heat but they don’t actually heat...

「The pool closed really early in the evening, not really much to do in the evenings there not too many amenities in comparison to the price for resort fees. Confusing however everything is an extra price like heating the pool. The staff are friendly and tried to communicate appropriately and quickly. I think the cost was a bit much for what you got. But if you have multiple people with you, it’s a good deal. Like for the three bedroom room if you have 6+ people it’s a great deal」
