"When arriving, the office was closed however a staff member saw me walking away and was able to take care of me. Apparently during slow weeks. the Inn will leave a welcome package for guest checking in on the door. That aside, we had the Tarheal suite; the room was exceptionally clean, comfortable and relaxing. Also, the suite included a private balcony for sitting. Walking distance to shopping and restaurants was welcomed. A very pleasant two night stay."

"It was a very pleasant stay and with parking just outside your room and all on the first floor -- it marries convenience with a Luxe version hotel like you were staying in a fancy Big Sur resort: the rooms have fire places, and balconies which look out onto a forested area behind the hotel. It is also very quiet even though it is relatively close to a highway. Staff are attentive and helpful. The location is an easy 15-minute walk up up Sunset Dr. to Main St. If you are there over the weekend during May-September, make sure to stop by The Inn at Ragged Gardens on a Friday evening for their free summer concert series :) "
