"Great hospitality "

"Most staff were so polite; however, when I checked in, someone was at the front desk and did not acknowledge me, or tell me that someone would be right with me. I had to wait until someone else came to help me. If that was not her job to check me in, that is fine, but at least acknowledge me. The rest of the staff were quite accommodating. The stay was very comfortable."

"Clean room and comfy bed. We were in the king suite so plenty of room to spread out. Breakfast was really good with different options. My daughter liked the indoor pool. Great stay. The only hiccup was the last night we had no hot water. Lori at the front desk worked right on it and got the issue resolved. Friendly staff. Will stay again. "

"We have never felt so accommodated at a hotel, before. They had a free cookie tray, fresh popcorn, coffees, hot chocolate and teas, as well as hot cider and fruit infused water in the lobby. The staff was exceptionally friendly and the pool area was clean and the water of the pool nice and warm. It is only a few minutes away from Jim Thorpe and offers a variety of nearby food."
