"Great was welcomed and upgraded on arrival, to a room with air con, staff were very friendly and helpful, the only negative is I felt that the breakfast was overpriced, however it was presented very well and each day was a different treat. But at nearly 30 euros including tax this was a bit excessive for breakfast."

"Het huisje ‘bosuil’ was goed in orde maar de weg ernaartoe was in heel slechte staat. Wij kwamen ’s’avonds in donker toe. Zandweg zonder enige verlichting. Nummer van huisje onduidelijk aangegeven. Parkeren bij huisje is op de weg. Inplanting huisjes nogal chaotisch. Ook veel te duur voor 1 nacht in vergelijking met een hotelkamer. Lakens waren wel voorzien maar geen opgemaakte bedden. Geen handdoeken voorzien . "

When I complained about this i was told that hotel had no double beds even though it was on the hotel website. Room had lots of scimmel, absolutely discusting."

"The room was tiny, dirty and stuffy with no AC to help regulate the temperature. We had to pay extra for a bed that I would have assumed came with the room as I booked it for three people. Staff were often not around at the front desk to help, because they were short staffed. Machines in the games room, stopped working (although a discount was offered when this happened). Breakfast was okay. But the restaurant was overpriced and poor quality. We ordered Patas Braves and got and burnt plate...

"Overall we enjoyed the place. The staff was nice at check-in and check-out. Didn't talk to them. Did notgo to the snack bar / cafe. Did not use the pool as it was was 50F. There is an stove top and refrigerator. There is a really nice trail near by. I didn't know how to turn on the radiator. Fortunately, a friend of mine who visited helped. "I tried to alter my booking dates through Expedia's website, was informed by their Bot that it'd all been taken care of. Didn't receive the promised confirmation email so called the hotel to check and it hadn't happened at all. Thank you so much to the guy at the hotel for re-arranging everything so perfectly, otherwise we'd have turned up without a reservation. Next time we'll book with the hotel directly.
