"Overall great experience - especially because we were able to check into the room very early. We were offered to upgrade our room for a fee but then upon mentioning our Gold Benefits we were given an upgrade for free. "

"Good hotel at a good price. We slept great our first 2 nights, but not well the next 2 because of noisy neighbors. The walls are very thin, the doors are noisy (creaky and bang shut). The windows keep the traffic noise mostly out. Shower was decent. Walk to St. Pancras was easy."

"This is my go-to hotel while visiting London. The beds are extremely comfortable, they have excellent walk-in showers with both a rainflow and handheld shower head. The location is superb with Hyde Park within a minutes walk and there are two Tube Staions within a few minutes walk. As well there are plenty of restaurants to choose from on Queensway. The staff are wonderful, especially Ioana who went out of her way to help me. I highly recommend this Hotel. "
