"1.There is a discrepancy with the checkin time shown on Hotels.com as being 1pm. We arrived shortly before 1 pm, but was told they we’re still cleaning rooms and would not be open for checkin until about 3 pm. 2. Coffee pot provided, but but no coffee or cups for coffee( luckily we brought our own Keurig). 3. Light on one side of the bed and desk did not work (was not the bulbs, we checked). 5.
