「I secured the room, checked in and checked out online, so staff interaction was necessary. Bed was very comfortable and clean, the building has been updated, but the age shows through the interior halls, bath tiles, elevators. It was fine for the price. 」

「The blanket has many dirty spots on it .the front desk take forever Waiting for over 30 mins to check in there was only one person in front of me. 」

「The customer service was top tier. The front desk staff courtesy was THE golden standard. The woman when I checked in in the evening and another when I checked out. I would def stay there again just based on the freindliness of the front desk alone. The room was kinda dirty though but the beds were clean.」

Adding the additional night was an incredibly smooth process, and I didn't even have to switch rooms. It's definitely no-frills, but the room was great with two TVs, two beds, and a pull-out couch. 」
