Parking was easy and spacious. Room was clean. Blackout shade was a little worn and our room faced a busy freeway which we could hear through the window. Temperature of the room was good. Staff were friendly and responsive to our needs. Entire hotel was clean and quiet.

We had to drive out to see Carroll University, because of COVID -19 everything was closed. University was fabulous as well as the people giving tours. We driver 2300 miles and wished we could have visited more places.

Never actually saw the town. Just stayed at the hotel. 1am check in and 11am check out. Back on the road.

Room was very clean. Breakfast was delicious with lots of options. Only downfall was that we were unable to use the hot tub and that was the one reason I booked this specific hotel was for that amenity.

For the authentic Waukesha experience, go find Jimmy's Grotto on Main Street and get a Ponza Rotta. Oh yeah.
