"Staff were very friendly and helpful, and room was clean. Very convenient location for the airport. Bed was a bit broken down and unfortunately the walls/ceiling didn't muffle noises so we had trouble sleeping due to noisy neighbors. "

"I really appreciate that this is a true hotel -- with doors to the rooms *inside* the building. As a single woman traveling alone, that's one of the first things I look for. To enter the building one must pass by the front desk, so that makes it much safer than a motel. The lobby was beautifully decorated for the holidays with a nice fire in the fireplace -- very welcoming! The staff I interacted with were cordial & helpful. I only made it to breakfast once & found it to be adequate -- nothing...
