"A great place to stay for anywhere near to the m40 around junction 15. Stratford Upon Avon is only a 15 minute drive away and Bicester Shopping Village is around 40 mins drive away. The staff were all very friendly and very helpful. We had a minor problem trying to pay for the car parking, as it was a self service machine, which didn’t quite work like, how it was explained to us. but the Reception staff were keen to help us and got it sorted out. "Room was lovely and spacious, however it didnt have a mirror or a view which was a shame as the hotels grounds are nice. The lift needs sorting, as it made me anxious everytime getting in it with its noises a slow movement. It said it could fit 7, however a sign was next to the lift saying no mors than 2 people. Stay were polite. The reception could be nicer as this is the first area people see. Breakfast was okay, it could have had more choice. Also the drive in to the hotel could just be...

"Very friendly reception, quick check-in process. Got a number of food outlets next to the hotel and lots of parking space. "
