"Front desk is very friendly. We decided to stay an additional night in NY, the staff/hotel was very accommodating. The rooms are spacious and house keeping team does a great job. There's also gym & restaurant on the lower level. And let's not forget about the heated pool which is not very common in city. Thank you Four Points for a pleasant stay while celebrating my birthday in the NYC."

"The hotel was just what I needed. Close to restaurants and amenities. I was clean and the front desk checkout was pretty fast and straightforward, the room was clean and the bathroom spotless. Will definitely recommends to others. Very happu I made this choice."

"This hotel was impeccable. Stayed here for an evening prior to an early flight the next day. The food was delicious, staff were professional and kind, and the room was so comfortable. A newer hotel- beautiful. Shuttle transportation was convenient and timely. While a little pricey, I found this to be worth it."

"Hotel is a little dated but is super clean, new fresh linens and friendly helpful staff. There were four weddings going on this weekend here but we didn’t experience any noise or loud guests in the halls despite being one room away from the elevators. Overall we were pleasantly surprised. If this hotel updates their signage’s and makes a few adjustments it would be perfect. "

"The hotel looked as it does online. Super clean and comfortable beds. I didn’t get to check out the rooftop, but even with that, the three restaurants, and the karaoke bar all in the same building, it was still a quiet stay. It was never too noisy. We could hear people when in the halls, but in the room itself, it was quiet and made my stay very cozy. The service was pretty quick, too. Since the kind of room I booked had availability, I was able to check in early. Usually, most hotels I’ve stayed at took their time, but voco Fiorello came with new clean towels just five minutes after I called the front desk. The area is nice, too, with bus stops right outside the building. I’d stay again."
