"I recently stayed at the Hyatt Place in Houston for an overnight trip, and it was a pleasant experience overall. The hotel is conveniently located, making it easy to access local attractions and restaurants. The standard room with two queen beds was spacious and clean, with modern decor that made the space feel fresh and inviting. The beds were comfortable, and I appreciated the extra amenities like the mini-fridge and large flat-screen TV. The bathroom was well-maintained and stocked with essentials. Check-in was quick and efficient, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. Although I didn’t have much time to explore, I did notice that the hotel had a nice, open lobby area and convenient room service, which would be great for a longer stay. For a quick overnight trip, this Hyatt Place met all of my expectations. I’d definitely consider staying here again for future visits to Houston!"

"The customer service was superb, however the bathroom sink had hair and a dirty ring in the bottom!! The bed was comfortable and plenty of pillows. So, overall a 4 star."
