"It was NYC so we expected it to be expensive and cramped, which it was. The room was meh. Not great, not bad. The bed was too soft for our liking, but we like firm mattresses. We spent three nights and slept pretty well. The best parts were the location and roof-top bar. It is rated as one of the best roof-top bars in New York, and we saw why -- great views of Empire State and more. We would go back, but we wouldn't rush back."

"The room was clean. We had issues with the heating unit and the handle on the shower but maintenance was quick and efficient. The elevators are small and slow but everything else was good. Great location A little noisy from times square but that is to be expected. Would definitely stay again"

"Extending the stay was problematic and i was never informed that i needed a new card after extending the stay Wasnt informed until after i paid 250 thatvut was 200 to extend and this was after 11am checkout time. Other wise no issues"
