Rooms were clean and updated. Walls are thin so we could here everyone! Pool and hot tub were nice. Had to walk to clubhose to use but just across the parking lot. Definitely will recommend.

Likes; close to ski area. sauna and pool. clean room and lodge. Dislikes; NO BREAKFAST! It said on the website it was included. couldn't control 85 degree room. Shower would either be cold or tooo hot and could not regulate through lever.

Starting out positive, the decor was cute, it was a small place but there were many issues. If it weren't for a non-refundable stay for 5 nights, we would have checked out earlier. We booked this place out of convenience but it was not worth the amount we paid, at all. Hot hot rooms. Hot water heat and also affected the temp of the showers. Was told to either open the window. If you lowered the temp, you would need to do so below 50degrees, it would not heat up until 48hrs later. If too low or suggested on a note by the thermostat to get a space heater at the front desk. The rooms were VERY noisy. Old building, thin ceilings and walls. Only ice maker broken and had to go to the bartender daily for ice. No microwaves in the room but they had one in the lobby to share with everyone. The pool and the sauna were nice but the whirlpool wasn't hot at all. The pool area was very dirty and needed much repair. (pealing paint on the pool deck and in the whirlpool and pool. (plus mold and corrosion). The fitness center was a joke. Lots of bands and free weights but the treadmill and Elliptigo were not able to be plugged in. Corrosion and rusted. Overall, it appears this place is struggling ALOT and while the Front Office staff were very nice, we are very regretful that we selected this place. Never again.

Great value for the $$ mid-week. Room was very comfy and clean. Right near slope (and close to other ski resorts). Late check in was inconvenient and they won't allow even an hour early even though they had rooms empty and clean. Worth $100 for a night though. Nice pool, sauna, and hot tub area and small bar in lounge area.

When I had a problem at check in the person at the desk told me to talk to the manager in the morning "I just work here". In the morning the manager was not working. The hotel itself and the area around the hotel smells of weed and BO. The room itself was small, which from the pictures, was to be expected. The temperature in the room was 76 degrees, I turned the thermostat down and opened the window which, by the next morning got the room to a slightly uncomfortable 72 degrees. Walls and doors are thin, between the noise and the heat it was a very poor night sleep. Staff was unhelpful, room was flat out bad, pool and hot tub were nice.

One of our favorite places to ski, and was finally able to find a time to also stay on the property. Room was nicely updated, however the fridge is tiny & there is no microwave in the room. (There is a shared public one in the main lodge - not convenient if staying at Jackson studios). Also, they have a "fitness center" which is probably 80 degrees with no sort of cooling - not even a floor fan!

Units were clean and nice and close to the ski lift. However, there was a lot of noise all hours of the night with furnace, water system, heating etc... pounding and banging. Overall good stay apart from the restless sleep from the noises.

The young man at the desk kindly carried our luggage upstairs for us. Husband and I both over 70yr and no elevator. Room was nicely updated. However, the temperature in the room did not get over 60 deg. We froze! No heat at all in the bathroom. We checked out a day early.

We wanted to love this place and for $116/night, I guess you get what you pay for, but one reason people get lodging is to SLEEP. Every night, about every 2 hours, the pipes on the radiant heating would start banging. LOUDLY. The bed would shake. Even woke up the teenager who sleeps like the dead. Asked at the front desk if anything could be done. We were told “Sorry”. Food was Sysco fried bar food. Restaurant didn’t open on the slopes on Friday. Best place to eat was in Ironwood. We’ll stay there next time.
