"There needs to be more maintenance performed at this hotel. Burned out bulbs, broken switches, etc. are not acceptable. It looks like lots of corners were cut in building and maintenance of the property. It seemed like a budget hotel, IMO. Location is very good, however. Very convenient to many stores, services, and recreational areas. It little better focus on maintenance would make this a winning hotel. "

"Decided to spend the night after a spravato visit rather then arrange transport. Most of the stuff has been remodeled. Some tunings have been missed. That said with it being an older property there was excellent value for the dollar. I like 127 more than 123. Housekeeping gets a ding. Nothing attrotious, however missing easy to wipe mystery red/brown drips should get more of a ding than I'm giving them.. they are not the Ritz carlton so for how aggessive their pricing was when I stayed made it...
