"Location was great, beautiful area. But be aware the shady areas are just few blocks away. Only fault, not of the hotel, another guest was smoking in the unit next to us. The smoke was in the hallway. We were there in early Dec. Note- there is no AC if you are travelling in the summer months. "

"We had to move 1 of the rooms because of the smell. Both rooms were down market and dirty. There was an unpleasant smell in the corridors as well. Sound proofing was poor so we were kept awake by shouting and arguments in other rooms. Parking was supposed to be an option but when we arrived they told us it had to be booked at least 15 days in advance. So we had to leave the car on a dodgy street round the corner. "Our first time in Paris and I booked this based on such positive reviews and it worked in our favour! We arrived in Paris via EuroStar so this was only a 15 min taxi (in traffic) ride. A quieter area, but very close to grocery stores and little restaurants! The kitchenette was a game changer. "We had a lovely stay! The studio was a little small but clean and really had everything my friend and I needed! The beds could be together for a couple or separated into 2 twins. The buffet style breakfast and unlimited coffee was organic and very affordable at 10 euros! One of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve had!
