"E' stata la prima volta a Casa del Mar. Abbiamo trovato una struttura confortevole e un personale cortese e disponibile. Il residence è praticamente sul mare e c'è solo la pista ciclabile che divide dalla spiaggia.La piscina presente nel residence è un'opzione che è piaciuta molto ai miei nostri figli. "The hotel in general was nice. However there were 10-15 kids hanging out in the lobby and front door. Seemed like a school was being held there. It was very unusual. Also, parking was impossible. None existed. If it wasn’t for the kindness of a local gentleman I do not know what we would have done. If you are not driving that’s a different story. Restaurants in the area were awesome especially II Meggesse. "

The breakfast selection of fruits, cereals, eggs, cheeses, charcuteries, pastries were delicious and nutritious, and they also provided lactose free milk and soy beverages, also yummy cappuccinos. The only complaint we have is the uncomfortable beds as the mattress was too firm and hard, it felt like I was sleeping on a board which made my body ache so I did not sleep well. The hotel needs to provide better and comfortable beds for their guests. "

"The hotel is really “Grand!” Eventually, it will be updated for aesthetic reasons. But, for now - everything is functional and looks good, even though,- not very modern looking. But, everything is kept clean and tidy.marble stairs, high ceilings. Large rooms, wide balconies. Decent mattresses, refrigerator. "

"This unique lodging in an historic palazzo is located in the central part of the city. Major squares are within five minute walk. Parking can be a challenge but the property offers valet service for an extra charge. Breakfast offferings were very good with a variety of options. Staff were friendly and helpful."

Pleasant 2-night stay in Ascoli Piceno.

"The hotel was in the perfect position around the corner from the main square. When we checked in we were shown our room which was spacious but had no natural light. This was disappointing having booked a superior room. We were offered another room but there was only a bath with a hand held shower. So we decided to take the first room which had a large bathroom/walk in shower. The amenities in the room were good although there was a bad smell much of the time. Breakfast was good and the service was pleasant. Reception staff were polite and helpful. We did not use any of the spa facilities. "
