"We were a group of five families staying for a birthday trip. We have been coming here since our children were little, back when it was Ramada Maingate, and it continues to be our favorite place to stay. We have been coming to this hotel for over 24 years! "

"This place is a great family hotel. The pool is heated and we were in it every day of our stay in November. The gym area is also nice and neither were ever over crowded. All of the staff where helpful and very kind. The only negative reviews I found for this place was directed at the shuttle so I was ready to Uber if needed but let me tell ya, the shuttle service to Disney gates was amazing and nothing less. The drivers were very personable and we never waited more than 10 minutes, most the time it was under 5 minutes. I give the shuttle a 10 out of 10 and we used it 4 times a day minimum "

"We did reserve a roll-away for two rooms and had some difficulty with the night-shift check-in. The day-time Manager fixed it and we were overall very pleased with our stay. Would definitely stay again, but will get all confirmations via email from the location Manager when booking via a 3rd party site: Expedia. "
