"Cleanliness is very good due to commitment of Breakfast, Housekeeping and Maintenance staff (consider that this property is pet friendly [dogs] at the time of our stay). All staff were very courteous, friendly, informative and dedicated to their work at this enjoyable property. Noticed that all guests were respectfully quiet through nighttime hours, too. Thank you for a restful stay."

"This is a great non-chain motel/hotel option in Salida. The rooms have been refreshed with great updated bathrooms! There were apparently satellite troubles when we were there and the front desk didn't know how to reset the TV so we had no TV - either for the evening or the next morning. This also seemed to slow down WIFI or WIFI was just a bit slow. Overall would be happy to try them again. "

"The property was recently sold and i feel they were not quite ready for quest .amenities were poor .The room was quiant but there were no hangers or alot of space to put things .This property has great potential. The new owners were working daily on improvements .The closest dining is in salida which is about 15 minutes from the property."

"The cabin behind us their bed backs up to the wall of our bedroom. All “things” done in that room is heard loudly in the other room. Normally not a problem. But this stay it was almost all night and multiple times. Hard to sleep through all that banging and loudly screaming for God. "
