"The room was comfortable and the bathroom nice. The hallway was a bit noisy in the morning as the cleaning staff went about their business - not really able to sleep in. breakfast was really good. Front desk staff nice. Staff in the spa was not helpful or friendly - in my opinion, a phone call should not take priority over three couples standing in line. But generally, a very good place to stay."

And the breakfast was easily the best hotel breakfast I’ve ever experienced, with a selection of incredible pastries and local foods, like cured meats, cheese, and fruit. I can’t wait to come back. "The hotel looked great from the outside. Inside reception was also nice but carpet on stairs a bit grubby, but dogs were allowed in the hotel so not a surprise. "Beautiful hotel with complimentary breakfast and spa for guests. The staff were very kind and helpful and patient with our questions. We loved our jacuzzi suite room, and felt it was well worth the price. Great location, everything you'd want to see in Riva del Garda is walkable, and you can easily take the bus to see the Arco Castle. "
