"Nice hotel in central Vienna. Located in the heart of shopping and dining street of Vienna. Old hotel but well maintained. Staffs were nice and assistive. Bedding is quite to soft and using spring mattress, which I don't like that much, but still comfortable. Air conditioning panel is quite confusing to operate but I can make it works after learning. Breakfast was good but not to the point of 5 star hotel expectation."

"We had an amazing stay, the hotel is located right in the prestigious center of Vienna. Clean and accessible to everyone. We were treated to a small gift of chocolate for our birthday and wedding anniversary. It's a real shame and regret that there is no kettle for hot water in the room for tea or coffee, I had to ask for it specially. I will definitely return to the hotel"
