"A couple of things to note: Be careful when opening the window, as the hotel is next to train tracks and can get noisy. One of my neighbors was probably smoking, and the smell came into my room, which was uncomfortable—but of course, not the hotel’s fault. Also, there’s no AC, which wasn’t an issue for me now but could be in the summer. My only suggestion would be to extend the checkout time, as it feels a bit early for tourists. Overall, a fantastic stay, and I’d definitely book here again!"

"This was our first trip to Vienna and our stay was only four nights, so we don't have a lot of experience with the city. That said, URBI was a fabulous place to stay: Large enough to make our family comfortable, clean and well-appointed kitchen, bright and clean throughout, comfortable beds, easy access to public transportation, and frankly a great value. Cons: Offsite parking was close enough, but not particularly easy to navigate with an after-dark arrival. Overall: Would seek out again...

"The hotel was in an excellant location and the tram stop directly ipposite the hotel making it easy to commute into the centre. There was some confusion at check in as the hotel advised we had 2 rooms booked but we only booked 1 room. The staff were all really friendly and helpful.The towels were changed daily.The breakfast was excellant we just had this 1 out of the 3 days we were there.If we visited aflgain we would be happy to stay here.It would be nice to have tea and coffee making...
