"The location of the apartments is perfect - a quick and easy walk to the train/bus station, old town and lake. We only saw one member of staff during our stay but he couldn't have been more helpful, and the apartment itself was a great size and perfect for our family of four (loft room). Highly recommend!"

"Good location near the centre, payable parking at the hotel (13€), room and bathroom decent and clean. Minor issue with hair dryer cutting out after a few seconds, reception asked us to descend 3 floors to collect a replacement rather than sending one up with a member of staff so maybe customer service could be improved a little. Other than that the staff were very pleasant and the hotel was good value for money"

"Tried contacting them to say we will arrive late but couldn’t get through. Check in instructions were sent but went to my spam email. So arrived and couldn’t get hold of anyone on the out of hours number. Eventually we did after maybe an hour. "

"This is a really well-managed hotel/apartment. The apartment is super spacious, beds are super comfortable, balcony huge, and cupboards are well stocked with crockery and essentials, if you decide to prepare small meals/snacks. Breakfast is delicious, lots of choice and so many choices! Staff are so welcoming and very helpful. Front desk staff, cleaning staff, restaurant staff all brilliant! I will definitely stay here again. It is also very close to carrefour supermarket (walking distance) and...

"Excellent central location, clean, comfortable, properly working AC, breakfast buffet and restaurant open all day, even late for an after-concert meal when other places are closed. The management is very friendly and helpful. I will return when I’m in the area again."

"the front desk closes at 7pm and they charge you 25 euro to call them if it's a non-emergency. we didn't have any sheets on one of the beds so there was nothing we could do. rooms are very basic and dated"

"The property is surrounded by trees and one of its buildings has a view - though mostly covered by the trees - to the lake. It should be conducive to a pleasant and peaceful stay but wasn't. In my last week at this property, I was moved to a studio apartment that was literally falling apart - I have pictures. The doors from the cabinets and closet were all misaligned and the plywood cover was peeling off. The coffee table in the living room had a broken leg and seemed to have been glued back...
