"We were in awe when we first pulled up. The front desk personnel were so nice. The room was cozy and clean. We were not a fan of the creaky hardwood floors, but not a deal breaker. But you must climb the spiral staircase and go out on the observatory. Breath taking☺️"

"Lovely place - stayed in Bowers 21 - large room, very nicely appointed, comfortable bed. Shower was tiny, but great water pressure, plenty of hot water. Included breakfast was very good. "

"We have stayed here twice in the last two months. Both rooms were immaculately clean! Front office staff was pleasant and accommodating both times (It was the same woman both times...I just can't remember her name. ) If you are going to stay here, you so need to bring a hair dryer, conditioner (shampoo is provided), creamer( if you don't like French vanilla)"
