"We were greeted by Melissa and Anastasia yesterday afternoon and they were so friendly and positive and helpful. The hotel is absolutely beautiful and it smelled so nice everywhere we went. We swam with family and had a great time and when I asked Anastasia about pool toys she brought some in and that was great. She also gave us extra towels after swimming. "Check in was a hassel front desk person was not nice or professional i had informed her i was extending my stay and she was very rude about how i had to proceed.
