I was originally booked for a 3 night non cancel stay. I was able to change my stay to 1 night with no fees. Hotels.com took care of the email to the GSR and it was fast and efficient.

The size of our unit was perfect for our family and very nicely decorated; the food at Osteria Sierra (in main hotel) was great; the whole property (hotel included) is amazing and Incline Village is a quiet small town on the nothern part of Lake Tahoe.
