"Delightful hotel on the grand canal a short walk from Ponte De Rialto. The staff could not be more helpful and polite. Providing information, guidance and directions, advising on travel as well as arranging dinner reservations for us in equally delightful restaurants. Rooms are clean, with good decor and facilities. It’s quiet and the 3rd floor caught plenty of natural light (March). The room AC was quiet and room temp was very comfortable as was the bed. We stayed 3 nights and there was a good choice for breakfast each day - the fruit tart a favourite of mine - plentiful caffe and a nice selection of fruit and juices. The hotel has a cocktail/wine bar which we had drinks at on 2 nights - usually after we came in from dinner and before we retired for the evening - exhausted from long days absorbing Venezia. "

"We had a front facing room on the top floor overlooking the Rialto Bridge and the canal. Enjoyed opening the window and watching the crowd on the bridge and on the canal. Nice breakfast, friendly staff, and very central to all the major attractions. "

"One feels like a movie star arriving in a taxi boat that docks next to the hotel entrance. Hotel has great old world style and charm. 1 minute walk to St Marks Square. Breakfast staff were helpful. Nice buffet with bubbly prosecco available as a nice start to the day. Staff were pleasent and a good concierge service. Only thing that lets it down was no view whatsoever from our room. "
