「Such a cute little hideaway with adorable cabins directly on the lake. The Sunset Grille was delicious. Perfect for a few days of complete R & R. 」

「My doctors appointment was changed from may 28th to April 3rd. So we changed our reservation from May 27 and 28 to April 2 and 3. Everyone there was very friendly and helpful.」

「Everything was clean and everyone was nice. Not much for breakfast but lots of close places to eat. 100 percent better than the other Choice Hotel I stayed at in the same area. 」

「Quaint and picturesque, the Highland Bed and Breakfast feels like being home again after a long time away. It is quiet and spacious. Although lacking in central air conditioning, the portable units and fans provide enough ventilation to cool down after a long day on the road. We also opted for the gift option on the paperwork and were quite pleased at the little gift bag received upon arrival. We will definitely consider returning if we happen upon Meadeville, PA again. 」

「They had a domestic situation when we arrived. I understand it isn't something that happens all the time. But I thought the guy at the desk could have been more informative and polite. We came back at 515 to check in went to our room they were still cleaning it didn't get in until 530.The rest of our the stay was great 」

「The wonderful customer service began when we walked into the lobby. Kevin was very friendly and professional. Fresh popcorn and cookies were provided and in the evening, complimentary ice cream. The room was spotless and comfortable. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend this property.」

「May be the best air bnb I have ever stayed in. A beautiful spot with a well maintained and clean home. The historical (antique) touches really give you a sense of the history. The communication by the owner is the exceptional. Everything has been though of including a black towel for make up removal. Very central. Would 100% stay again. 」

「Stayed overnight here due to having to help our son move out of college for summer break. What a cute Inn with super nice owners who definitely make you feel welcomed. Cute communal kitchen area with lots of fun breakfast item options. Would not hesitate to book a room here again. 5 stars from us!!!」

「This property is so incredibly peaceful and relaxing. We loved mornings and evenings on the deck watching horses and cows on the hillside while listening to birds. Short drive into Erie, where we absolutely loved Presque Isle state park. Also loved Riverside Brewing which is 10 minutes away. The owners were very welcoming with a sweet note and vase of fresh-cut lilacs from their bush. Would definitely come back」
