"The hotel is very old and outdated. The bed is the smallest I have ever slept in the entire life. There was a roof leak in the bathroom. No kettle in the room to make tea and the weather was so cold. I went to ask for water to make tea, I was charge €4 for hot water only. The dinner was so o expensive and tasteless. I paid €261 for a night. What a waste. "

"I ate at the restaurant in the hotel and charged the bill to my room. A few hours later the power was shut down in my room. I went to the front desk and asked what happened. They stated this was their tactic to get me to come downstairs and see them because my lunch bill was unpaid. Firstly, the bill was paid. Too expensive for dogs

"We where very disappointed by the charges for our dog. 30 euro per day extra for the dog. Can you explain where the more costs is coming from? If you charge an extra fee at the end of our stay for extra cleaning of the room I would understand. We enjoyed our stay very much, but we won't come back next year."
