"Fantastic property"

"Great property at great location, however door code and room number not provided 2 weeks prior as per email ended up 45 min on the phone with expedia to gain room access as the front desk cannot do anything. Eventually it got sorted but after a long trip to get there it was not a smooth transition. Also no instructions for garbage handling as the jotel cleaners don t pick them up….these were the only 2 issues, the rest was great"

"I liked the ski in/out and its proximity to the gondola. I did not like the ski valet as it caused line ups/delays to get your skis in the morning or an unnecessary visit prior to skiing to avoid the line. (This area should be turned into lockers if possible.) I also did not like the hot tubs as there was not enough room (or tubs) and were always shoulder to shoulder post skiing. I would also recommend providing a communal barbeque area for guests. Overall, our experience was a very good...

"Need lights at the door code pads. At night cannot see the numbers. When cold and tired and carrying bags/skis...trying to see the number pad is frustrating. Light it up. Was a very lovely unit and enjoyed it! Thank you. "
