"The Brown Hotel is my favorite place to stay in Louisville. My girlfriend and I stay there at least once a month. I love every aspect of this hotel except for the way I was treated both times at the lobby bar. Both bartenders on the last two occasions were extremely rude to me and my girlfriend.
