「The older lady at the desk was very rude. Check in is located at the bottom of the mountain. The address does not bring you to the right location. The room had pieces of half eaten food hidden under the lamps. Terrible smell. Everything is falling apart. Very confusing to find entrance and main parking lot.」

「There was so much snow in the parking lots because they don' get plowed, due to the number of cars there are in it. Ended up getting stuck (even with 4WD), was able to get a flimsy snow shovel from the front desk but the snow was now frozen so the shovel was fairly useless, paid a tow truck to pull me out. 「Room is clean, no description how many bathrooms on expedia web site, only number of bedrooms. Ends up two families have to share one bathroom. No issues with parking, access to the slopes(one minute drive to snowshoe, 5 minutes drive to silver creek) . The third "bedroom" don't have a real door.」

「snowcrest is very outdated and there wasn't enough seats to sit in. we rented an apt for 6 and only had a couch and 1 chair to sit in we do not recommend you to stay here soaring eagle is right beside snowcrest and would recommend that place」
