The staff at Palais Le Brun were extremely accommodating. We had a minor problem with our room which they amended without any problems or inconvenience to us. They are all very polite and always enquire if everything is OK. The hotel itself for us was in a great position for visiting Valletta even if it was a walk up hill each morning, but it was always down hill after a long day. Would we stay again, definitely. :)

What an amazing hotel this is! Let me start with the location, it’s close enough to everything but a few streets from the hustle & bustle so it’s incredibly quiet. Then let’s talk about the staff, Lejla greeted us with the utmost courtesy and professionalism on our arrival and the staff serving breakfast were just amazing! They always had a smile and were so friendly, they couldn’t do enough for us. A special mention to Danica, Marvi, Roniel for service at breakfast and an extra special mention to Ana May who served breakfast and was part of the reception staff too. Her smile, her friendliness and her warmth shone through. And the breakfast was absolutely delicious; the selection, the standard and the presentation were all really good. And finally the hotel itself. We had a spacious and stylish double room, with a beautiful marble bathroom. I had emailed the hotel to say we were going to be celebrating my husband’s birthday & they put balloons and a card on the bed ready for our arrival, this was a really lovely touch and a nice surprise for my husband. The rooftop pool and seating area is a real bonus in the city and offers some nice views of the water. I would highly recommend this hotel for your stay in the beautiful city of Valletta!

Had a lovely stay at Palais le Brun. It's in a great location near to a wide range of bars, cafés, and restaurants. You can easily walk to the main tourist spots of Valletta too, and it's a short walk to the bus station for exploring the island. Our room was comfortable and clean, the shower was great. The staff are the hotel's biggest asset, they are welcoming and friendly. Breakfast selection was a good mix of English favourites with some tasty Maltese dishes.

Room was very comfortable and nicely decorated. Breakfast was lovely with lots of choices. Staff at reception, dining room and housekeeping were approachable and very helpful. We interacted most with Ana May and found her very kind but all the staff were also very kind.

Property was excellent. A large room with all requisite facilities. Nice to have slippers and bathrobe as well as coffee machine. Staff was very accommodating and efficient. Had nice balcony. Breakfast was superb with cooked to order options. It was a short walk to the tourist sites as well as ferry to Sliema. Only minor complaint was lack of English tv options, though there was a French news station in English.

Excellent staff! Great location for all the main things to do in Valletta - everything we wanted to do (museums, historic buildings, restaurants and bars etc) was 10 - 15 minutes walk max, and often closer. Would definitely recommend this hotel!

Exceptional Stay with a Minor Issue Palais Le Brun is truly an exclusive and elegant hotel. The service was always friendly and attentive, making our stay very pleasant. The location is absolutely unique and perfect for exploring the city. One minor issue we encountered was an unpleasant odor coming from the shower drain in our room. I believe this is due to the plumbing rather than the hotel itself, but it was quite uncomfortable. We had to keep the bathroom door closed and the window open all night, which made it very cold when showering. We didn’t report it at the time, as someone will inevitably have to stay in that room, but perhaps this is something that can be improved. Many guests have commented on the breakfast buffet being small, but the à la carte breakfast is truly outstanding. One small suggestion would be to add two more coffee machines to improve efficiency, as this seems feasible despite the intimate size of the dining area. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel. It offers an exceptional experience, and despite the minor issue with the bathroom, I would stay here again without hesitation.

About two blocks away from the main area, it is in a convenient location, and quiet for the most part. The room is decent with plenty of supplies. The only minor gripe I had is after showering, I had no way to deal with the humidity build up due to the regulated temperature set throughout the building.

Obwohl Palais Le Brun sehr zentral gelegen ist, war es keineswegs laut. Die Angestellten sind sehr freundlich und super zuvorkommend. Ich habe meinen Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Ich komme gerne wieder zurück! Als einzige Verbesserungsmöglichkeit sehe ich, dass von den alten Teppichen ein leicht älterer Geruch ausging - dieser war aber nicht penetrant und nur gelegentlich zu vernehmen.
