Motel 6 Uptown Charlotte hotels

"We did not get the room type we booked, because they overbooked the hotel. The front desk guy was nice enough to put us back in a 2 bed, but did not have the amenities we paid for. That was the only complaint. Otherwise nice hotel in good location. "

"Expedia states rooms come with Microwave and coffee maker. No rooms have Microwave, Coffee maker or a Refrigerator. Day 1, they sent us to a room with extremely soiled floor-stains, gum, food, dust, etc. We complained and the moved us to better room.
