「Die Hoteldirektorin hat sich sehr bemüht. Leider gab es sehr große Probleme mit Hotelcom die einfach eine Zahlung zu unrecht abgebucht hat. Niemand wollte das Problem lösen. Erst nach Androhung das der Rechtsweg in Anspruch genommen wird hat Hotelcom heute das Problem gelöst」

「Das Hotel ist für mich genau das was ich mir darunter vorstelle. Sehr nettes und zuvorkommendes Personal, Zimmer gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Lage perfekt, man ist in 2 Minuten im Zentrum. War bereits zweimal da und würde jederzeit wieder hier her kommen.」

「Eine wirklich tolle Unterkunft mit wundervoll eingerichteten Zimmern. Zudem ist das Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Etwas negative Punkte sind das teure Parken und der (im Vergleich zur Unterkunft und der Anzahl an Gästen) "kleine" Spa-Bereich.」

「Great Hotel, its just at the Sigmaringen Hbf so very close; also Lidl (5 mins by walking) and Kaufland is close by Burg Sigmaringen is right there too. The hotel is clean, the front desk lady very accommodating and helpful! no elevators so wooden stairs. Room is quaint and very warm with carpet so I would take off shoe before venturing further in the room. You can adjust the heat yourself (no central heating control). The Beams in the room is a bit of a safety hazard (for some) if not...
