「The best stay that I have had in Malaysia. I stayed in a few hotels but this establishment was the best. From being very peaceful and serene to the amazing hospitality of all the staff I truly felt the most relaxed here. The staff go that extra mile and more to make you comfortable. They took time out to drive me to a medical facility when I was unwell due to my medical conditions. No other establishment would do that. I was treated with care and respect for the entirety of my stay and I also...

「No lift,only staircase.Inconvinien for old folk or with heavy luggage if you stay lvl 3. 1st glance of room looks ok. But later found small cockroach in the room. Also a small insect on bed sheet.And also, there is small ants on the wall and table. Room is spacious with window for superior type.The toilet layout is strange that need 3 steps on it.Poor sound proof. Wont be return if have a choice.」

「It's not a luxury stay but an run-down loft unit. Incomplete amenities, e.g. toilet paper, hand soap, water filter even though feedback to the host, nothing was done. Cleanliness is not up to par and the unit condition is not well maintained. Ended up checking out and book another hotel.」

「This is a Horrible Hotel out in the middle of NOWHERE in an industrial park … Light burnt out in bathroom, no toilet paper , wifi was terrible, If you can help it I’d definitely choose another place to stay.. 」

「Breakfast is so bland, and needs improvement. I won't consider taking the breakfast option when I make my hotel reservation again.」

「There is no reception, I had to go to the security desk of the mall for check-in. There was no power adapter that I could use, I had to buy one. The room was okay, but bed and pillows seemed dirty. The swimming pool was closed for maintenance for the afternoon we wanted to use it.」

「No room cleaning on daily basis until check out which means that the towels are the same. No toiletries given, toothbrush and toothpaste. General liquid for soap and shampoo. The jug given is dirty, unwashed. No fridge to store food. No view because the front is another building with workers who live without drawing the curtain. The bed is comfortable and can sleep peacefully at night. The water, air conditioner and wifi is good.」
