"Excellent hotel in a close and central downtown location. Very clean, modern and excellent pool and gym facilities. Very friendly staff. Easy to access all forms of transportation from this location. We took Bart in from the airport Walked about 1.5 blocks to the hotel from the Powell St station. After that used all the muni transportation services to see many parts of the city. We will definitely stay here again!"

Regarding location, it’s close to union square, which is convenient if you’re a first-time visitor, but it’s on the edge of an area you don’t want to be in. We did not have any issues, but I wouldn't have wanted to be by myself in the area after dark."
