"Great location, clean rooms but are very small (to be expected in NYC) super close to penn station and within walking distance to Times Square and the Empire State Building. All the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Loved the art deco style of the hotel. The only negative is parking is very expensive and a bit of a hassle to load and unload, and no in and out privileges as it’s off property parking. Overall a great hotel and I would recommend staying here. "

"Everything was perfect! Rooms were nice and warm - there are no elevators but that wasn't a problem for us (it only took two flights of stairs for our room which is fine lol) The hotel is super close to many subway tunnels that head towards tourist attractions. Staff was chill :) "
