"I had an injury to my hip and knee and had requested a handicapped room. I have stayed at the Renwick before and knew there were bathtubs in rooms. I was given a handicapped room that had a lower bathtub. I knew that would be difficult since I couldn't stand on one leg at all. The next day Y........ arranged for me to have a flat walk-in shower. I truly appreciated her efforts on my behalf."

"Loved my stay at this Soho hotel. The vibe was relaxed but stylish, and the location couldn’t be better—right in the middle of everything. The room was super comfortable, and the staff made me feel genuinely welcome. It felt like a little pocket of calm in the middle of NYC. Would definitely stay again."

"The upper lobby co-working area was fantastic. However, the only issue (and a very minor one) is the Friday night noise from the club. But otherwise, no complaints whatsoever, it's a great hotel."
