「Pleasant stay at the Mora Zanzibar. Rooms are good and well maintained, friendly staff, service was good. Food at Horizon was slightly disappointing, i was expecting a larger selection and taste. The booking system for Jua Grill doesn't give a fair opportunity to all guests to dine there. The booking system needs to be looked into. 」

「Väldigt bra service, framförallt av Roboni som hjälpte oss med att boka taxi och utflykter till ett bra pris. Frukosten stor men något ensidig, inte den bästa. Det serveras inte alkohol i restaurangen men helt ok mat. Väldigt gott om solstolar, två pooler och ligger precis på stranden. Lugnt och fridfullt trots att det ligger mitt i smeten.」

「Booked superior seaview room and seaview window is at toilet which is higher than normal people eye level. Double check if breakfast is included in the booking in hotels.com as the website offer two breakfast option with different price which is a bit confusing. Tried to contact hotel to confirm via booking website and official hotel email address a few time but no luck.」
