From the valet staff to the front desk to the bartenders and to the cleanliness and fresh smell upon entering room attesting to professionalism of the housekeeping staff, we were very impressed with all the people working at the hotel. It’s a great location off 27, easy walking to the aquarium and in good weather not a bad walk to the Choo Choo. Price not bad for what we felt was a very luxurious property. We would recommend staying here for any visitor to Chattanooga. "
