"This is a wonderful hotel. The rooms are great, the staff is great, the restaurants and bars are great, and the area is very convenient if you are staying for events around downtown Chattanooga."

"They should not charge for parking or coffee. Parking charge is outrageous!!!! $19 for one night! It’s not Manhattan!!!!! While there is coffee in your room you have to settle for fake creamers- yuck!! Or you have to pay $3 for coffee in the lobby & then there’s only one small size so you would have to walk back down for a second if you wanted more. Hardly “boutique”"

"This hotel was perfect for our four days in the area. The kitchen was great because we had our dog with us and there are limited restaurants that allow pets. It also saved us money since we made most of our own meals. The room had plenty of space. Simple furnishings but everything we needed. Staff was very friendly."
