"Staff was odd. Not personable and when they were, it was awkward. Or maybe they thought themselves above others. Not sure but it was with 3 of them. When they asked why i was visiting on different occasions,it felt judgmental not like they cared.Like they were told they must ask the question. "

"My girlfriend and I booked this trip about a week in advance. We had to drive 12 hours down from Nebraska for a funeral, with two of our dogs. When we booked through Expedia it said there were no additional or surprise fees, which was not true as neither of us saw the pet fee or incidental fee that we had to pay when we checked in. The room had not been cleaned before we arrived, other than the bed thankfully. There were cracks all over the walls, stains on lampshades and the couch. Only one of...
