"The hotel is in a great location and the rooms are spacious and clean. However, the front desk service was not great. I called per the recommendation on the website to let the staff know I was coming. Said I would be there in a few minutes. Got to hotel in 10 minutes from phone call and staff was at lunch. I waited for 40 minutes to check in and then I was given a room far away from parking when the hotel was not busy. Will not stay again for these reasons."
