I didn’t know that the WiFi was out before we got there no one told us until we got there Saturday I’m thinking okay it’s only temporally down. So I can do my paper for school on Sunday the Wi-Fi was down the whole entire time that I was there I had to go to a Starbucks to get my work done the manager was no where around and I didn’t leave until Monday and the manager still wasn’t there from my knowledge

When we arrived to our room we couldn’t get our door lock to give us a green light. Almost as if the battery to the lock was dead. My husband gently pushed on the door and it opened. We let the door close again and then pushed again and it opened. The door had to be pushed closed with great force to get it to latch. Upon entering the room we noticed the bed was tilted at a head down angle. The head of the mattress didn’t reach the bottom of the headboard due to the angle it was slanting. The outlets by the bed did not work. It was late and we decided to rough it our first night and address the issues in the morning when more staff was at the hotel. While showering I found shampoo and conditioner bottles were empty so I was unable to wash my hair. We went for breakfast and then went to the front desk to address the issues. The front desk guy was very friendly and called maintenance immediately to come to our room. Upon arrival to our room the maintenance guy looked at the bed and then looked under the bed to see if he could fix it. While looking under the bed he asked us if we lost a purple vape because it was on the floor under the bed. It was not ours. So it was left from a previous stay. Maintenance then determined that he couldn’t fixed the bed and we needed to move rooms. The next room the placed us in had the bottles broken off in the shower and the shower head was dangling. Maintenance had to spend 45 minutes fixing it. This entire stay was horrible.

READ before you book
After countless hotel stays in a variety of states-this was the absolute worst. Members of a wacko youth convention ran through the halls and stayed up most of the night slamming various doors all throughout - my family (2 adults/3 kids) was only able to sleep (w/out constant door slamming) 1 out of 4 nights - but I paid for FOUR nights of sleep. After changing rooms, at midnight on the second night, we then had no wifi (so don’t believe that they provide that even though they lie and say they do). No one will give a refund - they won’t even fake an offer for a refund. HOWEVER, they were so generous to offer us “points” - I guess that fixes three nights of no sleep after having paid for four nights of sleep ?? Strange.
My family will be making multiple trips back to Tulsa and we will not come anywhere near this hotel ever again. Without a doubt, the worst hotel experience ever. Attached are some photos to show the quality and care provided to guests of this hotel.
ALSO, the fire alarm on the third floor is inoperable - forgot to photograph it. Some might consider this slightly concerning or even regard what other safety aspects are completely neglected. DO NOT go to this hotel.

Huge stains on pullout couch: could not use. Had 5
People so didn’t get what we signed up for. Room smelled. Sink clogged. Dirty room. I understand this is a “budget” hotel but I wouldn’t stay here for free. Breakfast was decent. Staff was pleasant.
