"Very pleasant staff. Very helpful with various services and recommendations. No porter service at check-in. Bed was a little too soft for my tastes. Minor renovations need to be done in the room. Room was roomy and the soaker tub was a nice touch! Security was outstanding for both self and my truck. Will stay again."

"Great place in ToC! Expect no frills and the rooms are definitely a little “janky.” However, that is very much the theme of this little southwestern town. Great staff, can’t remember the gals name who helped me with the baths and explained everything to me, it was my first time, but she was an esentric black lady. Excellent staff, wonderful baths, and awesome location. A must if staying in ToC! Oh! And don’t forget to book the roof top!!!!"

"One must realize they're staying in an historical site. The views are amazing, the staff always friendly. If I had any issues,staff was willing to address as needed. After one nights stay, decided another was needed. Asked about availability in person, and was accommodated, even matched the price shown on Expedia.
