"Cleanliness is an issue. When we checked in, bedsheets were dirty. Hot water also cannot be sustained. There were also ants around the sink area. After they cleaned consistently every day, our experience was much better. You pay for what you get. "

The vents were covered in dust and I mean covered; the towels were very rough because they’ve been around for a long time; the shower easily flooded the surrounding bathroom floor. "Just wrapping up our two day/one night cruise on Grand Pioneer. What a great experience. The bay is absolutely stunning. The upgraded room was very nice. We had our own large balcony off the stern of the boat. Our “butler” Nyi was excellent; kind, personable and always helpful. He never missed a beat. The cave tours were nice and there were plenty of options of activities on board. Not sure of two nights would have been worth it but certainly happy we chose Grand Pioneer for our trip"
