"Location, location, location. It could not be any better. Absolutely pay for a harbour view - that is what makes this hotel... Good breakfast - lots of choice. Loved the cake and coffee in the afternoon. We never had the evening meal so can't comment on that. Downsides - absolutely no storage in the rooms. We had a superior seaview - the cases were just on the floor and we had to step round them - you simply can't unpack anything. There is one rail with c 4 coat hangers and that is it. "

"Breakfast buffet spread was exquisitely presented/plated. Outdoor footwear must be removed in indoor areas. Car parking location was about a 100m walk but we were allowed to drive up to our block to offload/load our luggage. The outdoors is in total darkness and it was out there that we took photos of the Northern Lights. The only blip we experienced was our room heating being not adequately warm enough during our three nights stay there. The heating is manually adjusted by the boss on her iPad."

View from balcony was stunning & everything looked new & very clean. Under floor heating in bathroom was a plus. Only negatives was bedroom really small & WiFi poor.
