"This hotel is in an ideal location to visit the salt mines. The hotel is very pleasant with large hotel rooms and good amenities in the room, including a fridge and glasses, etc. We had dinner at the restaurant which was quite good. The only issue we had was trying to reduce the temperature in the room overnight, as it was fairly warm. "

The just pretty much talk to you to ask room number. Also, even with pre-booking of the parking space, there was no control from reception of my reservation of parking lot. Because of this, really consider to try other hotels in the same area."

"Id like to say this was a real find but Id read the reviews and was confident this would be a great place to stay. Quiet, convenient for everything and a short walk into the old town, The hotel room was spotless, had everything we needed and the breakfast was fresh tasty and plentiful. A special mention for the staff on reception - so friendly and helpful. We wouldn't hesitate to stay again. If you dont want the pool, spa huge restaurant this is a 5* hotel in our opinion"

Glad we booked here!

"Booked a couple of rooms for the family, everyone loved it! Arrived in a few hours earlier than check-in time from Zakopane, our first room was ready and the second one was ready within an hour. Super friendly staff, everyone was very amicable and polite. Rooms were spacious, more on the classical/elegant style, very practical and comfortable. Great location, it's a five minute walking distance to Stare Miasto. Pool area was good too. Steam room, sauna and jacuzzi and massages available. Highly recommend this hotel! "

"Excellent stay. Many prefer to stay in Old Town but we found this hotel's location to be even better: being right outside (across the boulevard and a small park) from Old Town, it's about a 5-minute walk from both the main train station and the old town which worked great for us. The rooms were beautifully decorated, the staff were helpful, and the breakfast options were a lot. Only drawback is that you can't call an Uber to the hotel but to a nearby pickup spot (taxis do come to the hotel though) and that there's a pedestrian underpass to cross the street to the train station. Generally not an issue but can be if you have mobility issues and need to minimize walking or elevator to the underpass is down. "
